A complete Iron Age copper alloy brooch of the La Tene I type dating to the 4th - 3rd century B.C. ' Wessex' Type, Hull's Type 1A. The brooch has a strongly arched faceted bow with a diamond-shaped cross section.. The top of the arch extends to form the tightly coiled spring with an axis bar and arched mock-spring. Incomplete lipped decorated terret (rein ring) of Iron Age date c. 100 BC-100 AD, with La Tene style enamel decorations . The fragment is sub-circular in section, and would have originally been a sub-oval or D- shape, and features intergrally cast raised discoidal transverse moldings ( 2 sets of lips made up of four sub-oval projections).  One end of the ring is thicker than the other ( 10.70mm diameter vs 7.74mm diameter). COL NEM reverse type depicting a palm branch behind a chained crocodile, teeth visible on top of upper jaw. Mint of Nemausus (Nimes, Gaul). RIC I (2nd ed.), p. 51, nos. 154-157; RPC I, nos. 522-523. This coin is relatively lightweight, although quite worn, and probably belongs with the lighter (as?) issues of Nemausus Series I (RPC 523)

An incomplete  cast copper-alloy Roman folding knife handle in the shape of a boar (c. 43-410 AD ). The fragment is broadly rectangular in plan and cross-section, and is broken on one end.  The head and upper part of the back of the boar and the sides are well moulded. The knife handle depicts a boar that has an elongated snout with slightly larger heart-shaped  nose at the tip that is distinctive from the lower jaw area and separated by a horizontal slot. A complete cast copper alloy Roman disc brooch with some remaining gilding, c.AD 200-350. The front of the brooch is comprised of four concentric circular ridges starting at the edge of the brooch and going into a small circular ridge in the centre. Between the second and third of the raised ridges there remains a small portion of gilded ribbon decoration. On the reverse of the brooch the catchplate and pin remain intact, although the pin is slightly bent.

Single body sherd of Roman colour-coated New Forest Ware; indented beaker from the 3rd-4th century AD.  The sherd has a light grey surface with sections of light reddish brown, and is coated in a dark brown-grey slip. The fabric is fine and sandy with with no visible inclusions. The sherd has two parallel incised decorations, and has been pinched  to form indents. The fragment likely dates to the period AD 270-340. The sherd is worn and was found in ploughsoil.

An incomplete cast copper alloy Roman finger ring (Henig Class VIII; Guiraud Type 2) with a flat oval bezel, 8.8mm wide, carrying a recessed setting for a gem or intaglio which has been lost. The shoulders are triangular, tapering into old breaks with the hoop and have flanking lobes forming collars at the junction with the bezel. The shoulders are decorated with incised diagonal lines. The hoop would have been narrow with a flat sub rectangular cross section.
