A silver annular brooch that has a semicircular cross-section frame with a constriction to one side to mount the pin. The frame is decorated with four animal heads that are arranged into two set. The first group is bordering the constriction bar with the two heads facing each other and the bar in between. Each head has a raised, square cranium with pellet eyes in the two froward faceted corners and upwardly projecting knop ears above the rear two corners. Roman silver finger ring fragment of Guiraud type 2b. The ring retains only about 50% of the bezel and one shoulder. The bezel would have originally been oval with a recessed oval cell in the centre that would have mounted a glass or stone but which is now missing. Flanking the stone and running along the edge of both sides is a line of stamped annulars that are confined to the bezel. The shoulder is undecorated and narrows to the hoop which is now truncated. This is an addendum to 2012T279 GLO-E86407 and represents the missing second half of the ring.

Roman copper alloy brooch that is a hybrid between a Polden Hill and a Wirral style. The pin mounting is in the polden Hill style, consisting of rearward facing lugs on either end of the wings that would have held the pin axis bar which is now missing. The bow of the brooch is in the Wirral style and consists of a double rectangular cell covering the top quarter, which contains traces of a red or orange enamel. Two angled low protrusions flank the apex of the bow and a shallow double grove running down the centre of the lower half completes the decoration. Date 75-175AD

Roman silver finger ring with intaglio mount. The top of the ring has a wide D-shaped cross-section with slightly flanged sides. In the centre is an oval cell that originally mount an intaglio which was held in place by a white paste. From the bezel the shoulders narrow down to the hoop, both the shoulders and hoop are undecorated and have a thick D-shape cross section. A small gold annular brooch dating to the 13th-14th century. Circular frame that has a constriction bar on one side for the pin, which is now missing. The frame has a semicircular cross-section, with the flat surface forming the face of the brooch; this surface has been engraved with the inscription + A + G + L+ A. Copper alloy brooch of Colchester derivative, Polden Hill dating AD 75-200. It has rearward facing lugs on either end of the wings that would have held the pin axes bar, but one wing is truncated resulting in the loss of the axe bar, spring and pin. The head of the bow has a tapering triangular panel with expanded shoulders. In the centre of the head is a crest with a loop at the back that would have held the external cord of the spring. the remainder of the bow is undecorated and the catch plate on the reverse is complete.
