The Romans gave thanks to the goddess Fortuna Redux in celebration of the succesful return of an emperor from distant provinces. Coins were struck with this inscription to celebrate the Emperors return. Dimensions: diameter: 17.98 mm; weight: 2.79g.

A Roman copper alloy silver plated forgery of a denarius of Trajan (AD96-117), dating AD 103-111. Reece period 5. The obverse shows a bust of Trajan facing right. Inscription reads TRAIAN[O AVG GER DAC] PM[ TR P COS V PP]. Reverse shows Pax holding a palm branch and cornucopia. Inscription reads [S]PQR OPTIMO PRINCIPI. The coin is broken at the edge and there is copper alloy visible underneath, meaning that the coin has been made from a copper alloy disc with silver plating. RIC 190. The coin is 2.55 grams, 11.46mm diameter
