Obverse shows three Lis and three Crowns alternating around a six heart-shaped petal rose with petal at centre. Inscription; HANNS KRAVWINCKEL IN NVR
Reverse shows Imperial orb with cross on top surrounded by a tressure of three main arches with three outward points between. This is surrounded by a pelleted circular border on inner edge of flan.
Inscription; SS AGEN MACHTHECH
The Jetton is 21.5mm in diameter and weighs 0.8g.

A fragment of a Post Medieval Nuremberg copper-alloy Jetton of Hans Kravwinckel II, AD 1562-1635.
Obverse shows three Lis and three crowns alternating around a six heart shaped petal rose with pellet at centre. Only the letters IN remain. The rest of the flan is missing.
Reverse shows imperial orb with a cross on top surrounded by a tressure of three main arches with three outward points between. This is surrounded by a pelleted border. Only the letters IV remain. The rest of the flan is missing.
The Jetton is 16.9mm in diameter and weighs 0.5g.

A complete copper alloy Post-Medieval Jetton, dating to the period AD 1550- 1560. Probably struck by Hans Schultes I in Nuremberg. Obverse: Three crowns alternately with three Lis arranged centrifugally around what appears to be a petalled Rose. Reverse: Imperial orb surmounted by cross patty: within a tressure of three simple arches. Also, note that a hole has been puntured through the metal - may have been worn as a pendant.

A Post Medieval copper alloy jetton of Hans Krauwinckel II dating to AD 1586-1635.It is a rose and orb type. The obverse has a series of alternating crowns and fleurs around a central rose. Inscription reads HANNS KRAVWINCKEL IN NVR. Reverse shows a central orb within a voided tressure. Inscription reads GOTT ALLEIN DIE EERE SEI. There is a similar exmaple in Mitchiner (1988, p.439, fig.1522).
The object is 1.02 grams, 16.14mm diameter

A Post Medieval copper alloy jetton of anonymous stock, dating AD 1500-1570. The jetton was minted in Nuremberg and the obverse depicts the lion of St Mark with the halo just interupting the beaded border around it. The inscription is nonsense and reads OEB. V . A . PD[OE . BV. A .] P . DOEBA. The reverse depicts the reichsapfel within a voided tressure and three trefoils surrounding. A Post Medieval copper alloy jetton of annonymous stock, dating AD 1550-1570. This is a "Lion of St Mark " jetton, though the object is so worn that much of the reverse and obverse are illegible. There is a clear reichsapfel in tressure motif on one side, with the halo and wings of the lion just visible on the other side. This particular jetton is likely to be one of the later types as the halo protrudes out of the inner circle.

The design is only visible on one side and appears to depict the reichsapfel in a tressure of points and arches. The jetton is very worn around the edges and on the opposite side. It has a mid brown pattination with patches of light green discolouration.

A Post Medieval copper alloy Rechenmeister jetton, dating AD 1550-1580. The obverse depicts the Rechenmeister, seated forward at his table with counters, money bags and books on table. There is some ornamentation around the edge of the jetton. The reverse depicts the alphabet in a square. The visible letters are ABCDEF / GHIKLM / NOPQRS / TVWXYZ.
Similar but not identical examples are in Mitchiner (1998, nos. 1426-1429) and date AD 1550-1580.

Obverse: Lion of St Mark standing left, nimbate and winged, holding book of gospels in right fore-paw; SANTVS MA[RCVS ...]. Reverse: Imperial orb surmounted by cross patty within a tressure of three arches; HANS SCH[V]LT[...].
The jetton has been pierced above the head of the lion of St Mark, before the start of the obverse legend. This indicates that it would have been used as a pendant or other type of ornamentation.
