A complete enamelled copper alloy heraldic horse harness pendant of Medieval date (1200-1400 AD). The shape of the pendant is a heater shield with a suspenion loop at right angles in the centre of the top edge. The front face is decorated with three roundels in the chief, followed by two bars (one in the centre and one in the bottom third). This decoration is formed by red enamel in shaped recesses. A complete lead spindle whorl of the medieval to post medieval period (AD1200-1550). The object is a flat, circular disc, with a central circular aperture measuring 11.08mm in diameter. One side is decorated with a four pointed star with two extra lines; each arm contains a pellet, and between each arm there is another slightly larger pellet.The other face is decorated with possibly a four pointed star and other lines; this cannot be seen clearly due to some historic damage. A complete silver, or other modern white metal, bracelet dating to the later Post Medieval or modern period (c.AD1800-2000). The bracelet is in the form of a slightly misshapen thin silver hoop. There is a soldered join forming the hoop, and two slight knops on one edge of the hoop, positioned at 5 and 9 o'clock in relation to the join.  There are no hallmarks or other stamps present. Dimensions: The bracelet was discovered on a section of beach close to an access point/steps following a high tide that had stripped away some of the sand to reveal the clay below .

A complete copper alloy lunate harness mount dating from the Roman period (AD43-200). The object is lunate or crescent shaped with the main body in the form of curving folds, tapering from the centre to join at the terminals where there is a swirl inwards at both ends. At the left there appears to be an open (possibly broken?) loop; this terminal is also a little higher. The reverse is concave. An assemblage of five sherds of Roman greyware, dating from the Roman period 43 - 410 AD.  Total weight: 48g. The assemblage comprises one rim sherds and four body sherds.  The fabric is a mid grey colour throughout the thickness.  It is of fine texture with moderate small white and grey inclusions and some larger black inclusions, probably fine quartz or sand.   Individual features:  1a is a rim sherd representing about 8% of the rim from a jar of about 18cm diameter.  It is wheel-made, and has a flat slightly thickened rim.  It…
