An incomplete openwork copper alloy post medieval bridle boss, dating to c. AD 1600-1800. The boss is circular in plan with a raised central lis motif. Between the foils and petals of the lis are apertures in a range of shapes, the upper two broadly triangular, the lower two trifoliate. A copper alloy 'resellado' cob coin, probably of Philip IV (AD1621-1665). The original denomination is unclear, however the coin has been counter-stamped with a date of 1652 and re-valued at 8 maravedis, evident by the '8' counter-stamp. The original marking is no longer visible on the obverse, the reverse shows a crowned shield with a lion. Measurements: 22mm diameter, 1mm thickness, weight 3g.

An incomplete copper alloy post medieval bridle boss dating from AD 1550-1700. The object survives in good condition, with some damage to the lower part of the mount, resulting in the loss of one of the decorative knops. It is broadly circular in shape, but elaborately decorated to give a sunburst appearance. At the centre is a raised spherical knop, which lies at the meeting point of six curving ribs which form a dome. A Post Medieval silver-gilt dress hook with a heart shaped cushion at the front, and a tear shaped backplate with a scalloped edge and circular perforations. A Post Medieval complete cast copper alloy double loop buckle frame with buckle plate attached, dating from AD 1550 to AD 1650. The buckle and buckle plate are complete. The pin is missing. The buckle frame is in the form of two oval loops with four knops on the outer edges. At either end of the strap bar is a knop in the form of the front of a human head.
