A cast copper alloy Roman figurine, probably depicting Cupid, and dating to c. AD 43-410. The figurine is incomplete, missing below the knees and with both wings incomplete. The figurine is naked with its legs bent and knees thrust forward, probably in a flying pose, but resembling a squat. Its left arm is raised whilst its right rests on the corresponding thigh, with hand open. Both hands are simplistically rendered and mitten-like.
