An incomplete Roman copper-alloy strap-mounted and skirted terret ring. Only the base of the main ring now survives, with slightly more surviving one side of the skirt. It is broadly of D-shaped cross-section, with flat interior with rounded corners. It is moulded externally into a series of segments of differing sizes; not enough of the ring survives to discern a pattern. Below the main ring is a waist below which the hollow skirt expands.
