An incomplete silver Iron Age unit of the North Eastern Region / Corieltavi, dating to the period c.60-20 BC, 'Proto Boar One leg' type. Obverse: Simplified boar right with one front leg below knee, large ring of pellets above, various pellets in rings around. Reverse: Horse left, large pelletal sun ring above, various motifs around. cf. ABC, p. 94, no. 1797 Die axis is 8 o'clock. Weight is 1.24g, diameter is 16.4mm, maximium depth over the dished concave/convex flan is 2.5mm.

An incomplete lead, or lead alloy, button of 18th century AD date, of a type often made in silver or cut steel (see Bailey, G. 2004 p.65). Compare with PAS record CAM-7EE27C, which has almost identical decoration. This complete object weighs 21.03g. It has a circular shape with diameter of 26.5mm. In profile the button's head has a semi-circular form, convexly domed to the front with a flat reverse. The current maximum thickness over the button is 7.5mm.
