Roman copper alloy decorative object, possibly the base of a cornucopia. The object consists of a curving, hollow piece of metal, tapering to a point. There are ridges running across the width of the object.
There are no obvious fixings on the reverse of the object, but it may be a component of a piece of statuary.

A small fragment of lead in the shape of a thumb, possibly dating to the medieval period. The fragment has been formed by pouring lead into the imprint of the tip of a thumb. The thumb is perforated. It measures 19mm in length and 16mm in width. Geoff Egan has suggested that this may be a replacement thumb for a damaged ecclesiastical statue.
