A copper alloy object, possibly a stamp for embossing leather book bindings dating to the tenth or eleventh centuries AD. The object possesses a trapezoidal body and is rectangular in section. The body has horizontal file marks visible on all its surfaces. At the narrow end of the body, there extends a sub-circular section lug. At the other end, the body has been cut, as a flat stamp, into a floreate motif. The object measures 30mm in length, 10mm in width and 6mm in thickness.

Bronze object, with one end pointed and round section. At other end rapidly turning to "square" section with small nick in one edge. A groove runs around four sites 2.5mm from the "square" end, which itself measures 5 x 3mm. Date unknown, probably ancient.
