Part of a copper-alloy hoof type linch pin terminal of Iron Age date. The hoof has a maximum diameter of 14.90mm and the underside of the hoof is smooth and undecorated. The shaft of the pin and hoof have circular cross-sections. The incomplete terminal weighs 6.63g and is 10.45mm thick. The terminal dates approximately from between 100 BC to 100 AD.
