AD 43-410.  the object is a long triangular shape, shaped like a long axehead, the wider edge narrows to a thin blade edge and is rounded. The opposite edge narrows to a rounded triangular point. There is no decoration on the axehead, and it is worn and scratched. The object has a mid green patina and measures 40.3mm in length, 10.8mm in maximum width, 4.2mm in maximum thickness and weighs 4.76g.

An incomplete medieval copper alloy single loop buckle, dating from c. AD 1250-1400. The buckle frame is D shaped, and D shaped in cross section. On the outer frame a single collared knop projects from the centre. The pin bar is recessed. The pin bar is oval in cross section. It has a dark green patina, and measures 23.6mm in length, 15.1mm in width, and 2.91g in weight. A similar buckle can be seen in Whitehead 1996, page 21 number 85.

A copper alloy pommel of 'cocked hat' type, dating to the Early medieval period, c. AD 500-700.  The pommel is triangular in shape with slightly concave sides, with a rounded top point, and pointed flat ends. The open end is rectangular in shape. The inside of the pommel is hollow. There is damage to one of the edges of the pommel, and it is worn. There is no visible decoration. It has  a light green brown patina, and measures 33.9mm in length, 13.6mm in width, 12.2mm in height, and weighs 2.33g. Similar to Macgregor and Bolick 1993, page 238, number 46.3.

This has a raised collar, and is sub circular in shape. The pin is very worn, and is a light red brown colour. It meaures 20.1mm in length, 10.8mm by 10.1mm across the head, and weighs 3.99g.

A complete copper alloy medieval to post medieval thimble, of closed type, dating from c. 1400-1550. The thimble is circular in shape, and has a slightly domed top. On one side the thimble has been crushed slightly, and is an oval shape. Above this are rows of oval indentations that continue up the body of the thimble, and across the top. The inside of the thimble is undecorated. The thimble has a dark green patina. It measures 18.7mm height, 18.9mm in width, 14.8mm in thickness, and weighs 3.78g. A similar thimble can be seen in Holmes 1988, page 1, figure 2.

It is circular, with a central raised pellet surrounded by a raised circular loop. Round this is openwork foliate decoration. There is a rectangular attachment loop at the top of the tag, on the opposite edge the hook projects, it is worn and broken before the sharp point. The tag has a dark green patina, and measures 30.7mm in length, 18.4mm in width, and weighs 3.01g. Similar to Read 2008, page 101, number 387.
