VICTORIAE LAETAE PRINCIP(IVM), Two Victories standing facing one another holding a shield inscribed VOT/P R. Prototype of the mint of Trier.
Base silver or billon coins of this type fall into a small group of debased argentei issued by Constantine I, Licinius I, and Maximinus Daia. The Constantine I type is not listed in RIC VI (cf. p. 224) for AD 313, although a similar reduced follis is listed in RIC VII (p. 181, no. 20…
