An incomplete silver Roman denarius of Septimius Severus (AD 193-211), dating to the period AD 210-211 (Reece period 10). FELICITAS PVBLICA reverse type depicting Felicitas standing left holding caduceus and cornucopiae. This is a hybrid type with a reverse of Geta, Cf. examples in the British Museum collection (BMC p. 368), in particular a coin from the Oldroyd Bequest, 1946 (1946, 1004.915; RIC IV p.133 no. 331).
