A tiny silver ingot, comprising a sub-rectangular bar, of rectangular cross-section, with hammer facets visible on all four lightly concave faces. The ends are complete and rounded. Date: uncertain. The form and general appearance of the object are insufficiently diagnostic to demonstrate a date of more than 300 years old. Therefore, the object does not qualify as Treasure under the terms of the 1996 Treasure Act.
