A conical coper-alloy Roman object, most likely a plumb bob. It is in mostly complete condition but is missing its lug or loop for suspension. It finds parallels in a plumb bob weight from South Shields (Allason-Jones and Miket, 1984: no. 3.477) as well as a mount recorded through the PAS (LIN-E94F54).

A Medieval copper alloy seal matrix in complete condition. The round seal face tapers to a hexagonal handle ending in a loop. The matrix consists of a bird in a circular field, cirlced by a motto that appears the read HEYLOVLEHCYL which could be a variation of the 'Love Me and I Thee' inscription.

A Roman copper-alloy Aucissa type brooch. The shaft is broad and flat with a raised 'spine' running its length and some shallow linear decoration towards the head. It narrows towards the foot, which culminates in a ball decoration and small catch-plate. The head, spring mechanism and pin are lost.

A late Iron Age copper-alloy brooch of Colchester (one-piece) type in remarkably complete condition. Although the spring has snapped in one place, all components are present and visible. The head houses a spring that was originally attached to the body of the brooch. The pin is intact, and although the tip is bent this may have occured in antiquity, possibly intentionally. The shaft is undecorated, long, and arched with squared sides. It culminates in a minimal catch-plate.

A late Iron Age copper-alloy brooch of Colchester (one-piece) type. The head is heavily corroded, perhaps due to ancient repairs - an iron pin was probably added to hold a damaged brooch together. The shaft is narrow, arched and appears to be undecorated. A proportion of the catch-plate remains, and is perforated, although it is not clear if this is an intended decorative feature or due to corrosion. The pin and pin seat are lost, and overall condition is somewhat corroded.

The shaft is long, narrow and undecorated, rising above the head in a shallow arch before becoming straight. Only a small fragment of the catch-plate remains and the pin is lost. Corrosion is minimal and the brooch is not encrusted, so whilst incomplete it is in fair condition.

A probable copper alloy hour-glass type candle holder of Roman date. The surviving section includes the central stem, which has a single disc or flange at the mid-point, and parts of the two symmetrical cups. The probable stub of a pricket is visible in the centre of one of the cups. In its current state it measures 35.2mm in maximum height and 33.2mm in maximum width. It weighs 18.1g.
