A complete, but worn rolled strip of lead-alloy of uncertain date, probably a 'Roman curse tablet' (AD 70-410), but also possibly a more modern weight or ingot. The object is made from a single probably rectangular piece of metal of varying thickness. Two opposite sides of the sheet were folded inward before being roled up. This has made it impossible to see any traces of writing on the inside, which would have been present on a curse tablet.
