The inner surface is light grey in colour, with some voids (largest is 2.7mm x 2.3mm) as though organic matter was included in the clay. A complete Medieval copper alloy 'simple' bar mount, dating to c. AD 1250-1350. The find is rectangular in plan, and decorated on the surface with two parallel grooves to the long end, which have the reminas of a crimped design on the outer edges of the mount. The two rivets are still in situ and the shanks of the rivets, which are slightly angled towards each other,  can be seen on the reverse of the find. A fragment of Post Medieval copper alloy spoon dating to c. AD 1600-1725. The object consists of the partial bowl and partial handle. The bowl is oval in plan and concave. The stem terminates shortly after it extends from the bowl, in a worn break. The underside, which is convex, shows the remains of a 'rat tail' triangular attachment piece, which is stepped and raises to form the end of the stem of the spoon. A complete Post Medieval cast copper alloy oval probable shoe or knee buckle with drilled frame for separate spindle, dating to c. AD 1660-1720. The buckle frame is narrow and curved, rising up at the points where the frame has been drilled. Only a central line around the frame remains of any decoration. The iron spindle and pin are still extant but heavily corroded into place. Dimensions: length: 27.8mm; width: 31.7mm; thickness: 1.3mm; weight: 3.18g. cf. Whitehead (1996: 97), number 600.

An incomplete  Post Medieval cast copper alloy double loop oval buckle with moulded floral decoration, dating to c. AD 1550-1650. The buckle frame has moulded and incised trefoil decoration on the outer edge of each loop and at end end of the strap bar. Part of the outer edge of one loop is missing due to an old break. The pin is also missing. Traces of rust on the buckle suggest the pin was made of iron.  Dimensions: length: 27.6mm; width: 39.9mm; thickness: 2.8mm; weight: 3.63g. A similar buckle can be seen in Whitehead (1996: 65), number 401.
