A complete Post-Medieval copper alloy jetton, dating to AD 1589. One of the 1589 series of Franco-allegorical jettons by Hans Krauwinckel. Mitchiner (1988) p.454-5, nos.1613-1615. Obverse: FORTVNA VARIABILIS depicting Fortuna seated right, upon a wheel, holding the Scythe of Time and a leash attached to the padlock that secures the chains binding the kneeling figure of Time (a winged, horned, bearded, goat-legged fawn). Cloud above all, pierced by the sun's rays. HK in exergue. Reverse: FAMA over winged figure of Fame, standing facing, blowing two trumpets that point to left and right…

A Medieval copper alloy jetton possibly dating to c. AD 1400-1500 . The jetton appears to have been double struck. The obverse depicts a rose within a six arch tressor, set within a circle with the legend 'DES [...] PLENA'. The reverse has a triple stranded cross fleuretty with two of the bars of the cross slightly offset. The legend reads 'AVE [...]'. cf. DOR-A00667. This type is not published in Mitchiner (1988).

A Late Medieval copper alloy 'three circles' type jetton of Tournai, dating to the reign of Louis XI (1461-83) or Charles VIII (1483-1497). The obverse depicts three circles each containing a quatrefoil; in each angle is a fleur de lis. The legend reads: 4-foil VIVE ovoid x2 LE ROI DE FRANCIE. The reverse depicts a broad ended cross pattee with a flower in each angle. The legend reads: ovoid GETTOIS DE TOVRNAI spray. Diameter: 25.40mm; thickness: 1.40mm; weight: 4.95g. The obverse depicts a royal crown with a central fleur de lis and two lateral lis. There are three dots across the crown. The reverse depicts a triple stranded cross fleuretty within a four arched tressure, with three pellets between each arch and four annulets at the centre of the cross.
