An incomplete and bent cast copper alloy Roman Initial T-shaped brooch, of Colchester derivative hinged pin type (Mackreth (2011) CD H) dating to the late 1st to early 2nd century AD. The wings are cylindrical with moulded lobes around each end and contain remains of an iron axis spindle which has corroded, expanded and broken the wings in places. The centre of the head has a notch for the pin. The bow is convex, with a moulded spine, ridged margins and a triangular lobe at the apex with a small hole at the centre and a lobed collar behind. An incomplete cast copper alloy Roman Initial T-shaped brooch, of Colchester derivative hinged pin type (Hull T125; Mackreth (2011) CD H) dating to the late 1st to early 2nd century AD. The wings are cylindrical with incised lines around the tips and contain an axis spindle retaining the pin (27mm in length). The bow is convex, with a moulded spine decorated with incised oblique lines, and has ridged margins. It tapers back to a bend and break. The foot and catchplate are missing. The surface has traces of tinning.

A Roman Nene Valley Colour Coated Ware (NVCCP) pedestal base from a beaker dating to the mid 2nd to 4th century AD. The fabric is hard fired and reduced pale grey with abundant very fine sand inclusions. The exterior has a barbotine slip decoration with a band of dashed lines with foliate tendrils above. Both inner and exterior surfaces have a dark brown slip. The interior surface is otherwise undecorated but has regular striations from the wheel turning process and the base, which is 28.4mm in diameter, has wire marks from removal from a wheel.

An incomplete Roman Samian ware wine cup of Dragendorff form 33 and dating to the 1st-2nd century AD. The base and around 40% of the side and rim remains. The rim is 115mm in diameter, The sides flare from a break in angle at the base and have no decoration aside from a single incised band at the mid point. The base ring is 43.3mm in diameter with a recessed interior. The fabric is light pinkish-orange with a reddish-brown slip. The centre of the base on the internal surface has the maker's stamp GIAMILIVS (second image) in a rectangular cartouche.

An incomplete Roman pipeclay figurine of Venus, dating to AD 100-250. The figurine is 118.7mm high and depicts the goddess stood completely nude while holding a garment that drapes down beside her left leg, and rests on the base next to the left foot (now missing). The deity is depicted with an elabourate hairstyle, with braids around each side of the head and gathered behind at the nape of the neck; other braids are visible cascading down to the shoulders at the sides and back. A copper alloy fragment from a late Roman multiple motif armlet, 22.6mm in length. The fragment is flat and decorated on one side with a pair of bosses of three concentric annulets, a pair of transverse ridges, one of which has cable style decoration and then another panel with three or more parallel bands of small dot-in-annulets. A post medieval silver cufflink button, 13.6mm in diameter, which is stamped with left facing conjugate busts of a king and queen, probably William III (to the rear) and Queen Mary (in front). The button has a down-turned rim. The reverse has a soldered silver wire loop shank to which is attached a silver wire loop, 13.4mm in length; this demonstrates wear at both ends. An incomplete medieval gem-set silver gilt 'stirrup' finger ring. The hoop is undecorated, with a plano-convex or D-shaped cross section, and although now broken would have had an internal diameter of approximately 17mm when intact. The bezel is pointed and triangular, 4.6mm high, with a  single setting for a (now lost) oval gemstone measuring 3mm in length and 2.2mm wide. The smooth shoulders of the bezel merge into the hoop. There are no marks or inscriptions.

An incomplete cast copper alloy Iron Age bow brooch of La Tene I type, 39.5mm in length and dating to the 4th - 3rd century B.C. The integrally cast spring and pin is missing, as is the projecting terminal at the foot. The bow is flat, lenticular in shape with a slightly plano convex cross section 1.8mm thick and decorated with a pair of grooves along the spine. These grooves taper to each end of the bow where there are sharply angled junctions with the head and foot; the latter has a stump of a catchplate running along the underside.
