An incomplete copper alloy English jetton of the type related to the King's wardrobe, of Medieval dating (c. 1344 to 1400).
This type of jetton is related to the King's wardrobe, but not citing the department. It depicts on the obverse a radiate Romanesque bust likened to the emperor Postumus. The reverse depicts a triple stranded cross with mullets in each quarter. The flan has a central perforation to the obverse, which does not pierce through to the reverse (and is not apparent there).

Fragment of a copper alloy Roman brooch, 24mm in length. The fragment consists of the catchplate and a portion of the bow, which is narrow, with an eliptical cross section 1.8mm thick. The bow is undecorated aside from a transverse ridge and knop at the foot. Circa 1st-2nd century AD.

A Medieval lead alloy vessica or pointed oval shaped personal seal matrix dating to the 13th century. The die depicts a six-rayed star with trefoils between the rays, within a linear border. The surrounding legend reads * S' CECILIE LE ABBEIS. The reverse is flat with a longitudinal ridge with a suspension loop near the top which has now been flattened.

A cast copper alloy fragment comprising the butt end of a side-looped palstave axehead dating to the middle Bronze Age (1500-1100 BC). The fragment is 54mm in length, with a flat central section, flanked with tapering parallel ridges along each side which give it an H-shaped cross section. Part of the tapering end of an integrally cast side loop remains at the break on one side.

A cast discoidal to sub-conical weight of 13 mm diameter and 9.43g (1/3oz) made from copper alloy with a high tin or lead content. The upper surface is convex and decoration with five concentric rings of small punched dots. The underside has traces of casting marks but is undecorated. Probably early medieval.

A Medieval copper alloy openwork frame for a two-piece harness pendant. The design of the frame is a sexfoil, with deeply moulded cusps on the inside of each lobe. The surface of the frame has traces of gilding. At the top the frame has an elongated rectangular neck, with the rusted remains of an iron suspension spindle from which a central decorative pendant element, now lost, would have hung. The top of this neck has an integrally cast, flattened, rectangular suspension loop set at right angles to the plane of the frame, with a circular aperture. Circa 13th-14th century.
