A complete post medieval silver machine made conical thimble c.1700-1900. The dome is flat, and the sides have linear holes, base has three horizontal bands. The inside is undecorated. The decoration is regularly stamped suggesting that object is a machine made product. The thimble measures 21.4mm high, 15.4mm diameter at the base. It is 0.7mm thick and weighs 2.63 grams.

A complete copper alloy Anglo-Scandinavian split strap end c.AD750-1100. It has a triangular panel with a split end which is secured with a single rivet which is still in situ. The panel is decorated with arrow shaped incised lines. It narrows to a zoomorphic terminal, which has short ears, round snout and closed mouth. It measures 24.6 mm long, 3.2 mm thick. It is 7.5 mm at the widest point and weighs1.3grams.

A complete copper alloy bayonet suspension slide of post medieval date, AD 1600-1800. The object comprises a narrow, ovate plate tapering to an ovate knop terminal at one end, with a transverse collar, and curving to form a flattened hook at the other. The front surface of the main plate is decorated with two moulded human figures,probably a man and a woman having sex, both facing right, woman with raised right arm. A fragment of a copper alloy object, probably Roman in date, AD.43-400. The object comprises a circular suspension loop below which is a square collar. This collar is quite thick and each of the four faces has two incised lines running horizontally. There is a square shank that emerges from the collar approx. 20mm long before terminating in a break. The shank is bent at this point suggesting some force involved in the break, however the break is now rounded and worn. The object has an even green patina. An incomplete, copper alloy, Roman, Colchester one piece brooch, AD40-75. The brooch comprises the spring and bow and is missing the pin and catchplate. The head has two small wings upon either side of a small head loop to hold the spring in place. The spring has six coils. The bow is bent double and is very worn. The object has a red patina. Similar examples can be found in Mackreth 2011 Vol.II, pl.23 no.9717.

An incomplete, copper alloy, Roman brooch of Wilsford type, AD 100-200.The object comprises the foot and part of the catchplate of the brooch, the upper bow, head and pin are missing. There is a transverse collar just below the break on the bow, below this the bow has a triangular cross section and terminates in a scalloped terminal collar. The object has an even green patina.
