A broken post-medieval single-cast copper alloy crotal bell, probably of the 18th century. Probably an animal bell. The shape is that of two hemispheres with a horizontal raised band between them. The suspension loop is rectangular (almost square), with a cored hole - the large size of the suspension lug is a feature of 18th-19th century bells. A complete post-medieval single-cast copper alloy crotal bell (c.1600-1850). Probably an animal bell. The object is spherical, with a raised ridge round the middle and a rectangular suspension lug with a cored hole. It has two 'sound holes' in the upper hemisphere and a slot across the lower hemisphere. The pellet or 'pea' is in place inside the bell. There is no decoration. The surface is covered in a patchy green and brown patina with hints of orange.

A complete post-medieval cast lead shot bullet (c.1600-1800). There is a flattened band or 'set-up' around the centre of the bullet, probably caused by the friction of the ball against the muzzle of the gun as it was fired, or by loading two or three bullets into a gun at once. Another area of slight flattening may have been caused by impact or by post-depositional damage. The sprue (where the lead was poured into the mould) is evident in a circular, slightly raised, flat area. The surface colour is patchy beige with hints of dark grey-blue.
