An incomplete cast copper alloy Roman hinged T-shaped brooch, dating to c. AD 43 - 200. The remains of the brooch consist of most of the tubular wings which measure 25.6 mm in width. There is a rectangular notch in the middle of the wings where the pin would have sat. The upper part of the remaining bow is triangular, with a triangular cast design.  Length 16.2 mm, width 25.6 mm, thickness 3.6 mm and weight 2.36 g.

An incomplete cast copper alloy umbonate disc brooch of Roman date (c. AD 75-300). The brooch is circular in plan with short globular knobs projecting from the sides and bottom of the circle's edge. At the top projects the narrow hinged pin fixture. From the reverse, the remaining catchplate extends from the back of the lower projection. A complete early medieval, Anglo-Saxon, copper alloy annular brooch, dating to c. AD 475 - 575. The frame is flat with a slightly chamfered edge on the inner and outer edges. The frame is circular, with a small constriction for the pin which is still in situ. The obverse is stamped with irregularly spaced ring and dot motifs. The reverse is plain. Similar to HAMP-1473BE. Diameter 19.1 mm, thickness 1.0 mm and weight 1.44 g.

Simple moulded decoration on the side of the bow head and at the ends of the wings, otherwise bow undecorated. Solid catchplate damaged, tip of bow missing, as is the pin. An incomplete cast copper alloy Roman brooch, trumpet type, dating to c. AD 75- 175. This brooch is heavily worn. It consists of the head, with a small trace of a head loop remaining and the bow. There is a small section of the catchplate remaining and the pin is missing. The corrosion of the metal has obscured or destroyed any fine details on the surface of the bow. Part of the loop remains on the rear of the head. The knob at the shoulder of the bow is badly worn. The foot of the bow is slightly rounded, and extends up the bow to a large rounded collar at the elbow, with moulded decoration on either side.
