Roman silver radiate coin of Philip I (AD 244-249), dating to AD 248 (Reece Period 12), SAECVLARES AVGG // II reverse type depicting a she-wolf standing left suckling Romulus and Remus. Mint of Rome. RIC IV, pt 3, p. 70, no. 70 / pl. 6, no. 15. The coin has a cut mark across the face of the emperor which has not penetrated the thickness of the coin. It was issued in Rome in AD 248 to publicise the Secular Games which were part of the celebrations of the 1000th anniversary of the founding of Rome (753 BC) in AD 248.

A copper alloy Anglo Saxon disc brooch, incomplete, missing its catch plate and pin, but otherwise in excellent condition. The brooch is circular, cut from a piece of flat metal, and decorated with an equal armed cross with a ring and dot in the centre of the cross and at the end of each arm. The quadrants formed by the angle of each two arms of the cross are outlined with an incised line, and each quadrant is in-filled with punched dots. Copper alloy Medieval French Moor's Head jetton. The obverse has a Moor's head with an inscription around the circumference and the reverse has a double stranded arcuate cross fleury around a central lis. This is one of a series of stock jetons which were struck for the Queens of France and her almonry (Mitchener, 1988, 157). They are dated from the 14th to the 15th century, and large numbers of them have been recovered from the river Thames in London. The inscription on the obverse reads AVE MARIA GRACIA P, and the reverse has A - VE - MA - RI, Mitchener 373.

Cast copper alloy rectangular bar mount with two integral pointed lugs on the back that are 2 mm in length. The mount is plano-convex in section with a flat back and a convex front face with a grooved border that is 1 mm in from the edge. Most of the original patina survives so there does not appear to be any more decoration. Fragment of a Post-Medieval cast copper-alloy spur with just the figure-of-eight terminal a hooked mount suspended from it remaining. The mount is in the form of a cockle with two C-shaped arcs back to back which then fan out to a semi-circular terminal. Incomplete cast copper alloy hooked clasp, used to fasten fabric together. The clasp has a flat back and moulded decoration in the form of a five petalled rose on the front face with a raised ring in the centre and a design representing stamens radiating out from the ring. At one end of the clasp, there is a trapezoidal loop which would have been sewn on to clothing. At one end of the clasp there is a broken circular attachment loop which would have also been sewn on to fabric, before the clasp extended into a hook, now missing.
