An incomplete copper ally Roman figurine of Mercury, dating to the period AD 43- 402. The figurine is incomplete, with most of his limbs intact, with exception to a singular hand and two feet. The head is appropriately sized for body proportions, the hair is depicted as incised waved grooves. Covering the rest of the skull is a winged cap. This is decorated with vertical lines and grooves. A complete lead token, dating to the post medieval period AD 1500-1800. The token is lozenge in shape. It is rather flat with straight corners and edges (with exception of two damaged corners). The front face is decorated with two transverse lines, one of which lies vertically at an acute angle. Another line which is centrally conjoined horizontally starting half way across the surface. A complete tinned copper alloy one piece early post medieval toggle clasp, dating to the period AD 1500-1650. This is type 1 of an unclassified toggle clasp group. The plate consists of an open work and moulded design of one central circular perforation. The top horizontal edge of the object is decorated with a series of transverse lines, giving a rope like effect. A complete copper alloy piece post medieval hook, dating to the period AD 1600-1700. The plate is trifoliate in design with a circular and lozenge shape apertures, and a projecting bifurcate collar at the juncture of the plate. The plate consists of decorative open work shapes, two circles at the top, and an irregular lozenge shape beneath. A copper alloy gilded medieval or post-medieval buckle plate, dating to period AD 1400- 1700. The plate is formed from a rectangular sheet of copper-alloy which has been folded in upon itself. There ia recess for the pin. The plate have five perforations which would have held 5 rivets, holding both sheets of copper alloy in place. Three of of these five rivets are still intact, the rest are either completely missing or partially damaged. An incomplete copper alloy medieval single loop buckle dating to the period ADc.1350-1450. As well as being D in shape, the loop of the buckle is D shape in cross section, with bevelled edges and a knop on the far edge. The pin is complete. The buckle plate is formed of a sheet of copper-alloy which has been wrapped around the pin bar with a recess to hold the pin. This sheet has one rivet, which is located at the distal end of the sheet and can be clearly seen through both sheets of copper alloy. To the reverse the sheet is narrower and shorter.
