An incomplete copper alloy medieval openwork chape dating to the period AD 1400- 1500. The shape is almost shield like, with tapering at the sides which reach a singular point at the base, and two top corners which protrude higher than its edge. Also on this edge is a central protrusion with a pointed tip, and it is notably larger than the others. The openwork design exposes to sub triangular shapes on either side of a central ridge. An incomplete copper alloy cast Roman Colchester derivative (double lug) brooch dating to the period AD 43- 100. The head and the wings of the brooch remain simple. The wings are D-shaped in cross section and in terminal shape. On the inferior side of the head is the two piece mechanism, which is part of the widest area of the head. An incomplete single loop copper-alloy buckle dating to AD 1250-1400. Only the incomplete loop survives. The outer edge of the buckle expands towards the pin rest and terimates with two projecting circular knops flanking the recess to hold the pin. The loop is decorated with triangular punches. The punches are a series of straight and transverse lines. Two triangle shapes on the center of the plate are created with this design. A copper-alloy dress fitting, a post-medieval clasp from a neck stock. The fitting is composed of a single sheet of copper alloy, with a small fold on one edge. This was potentially for fastening purposes. On the parallel edge to this is a row of three rivet holes, two of which have kept their rivets, the other just an empty perforation. The rivets are evenly spaced apart. The whole object remains undecorated, but the anterior surface holds a smooth and shiny finish. A possibly complete copper alloy Roman furniture fitting dating to the period AD 43-410. The base of the fitting is discoidal in shape with a faded radial groove. There is also evidence of iron corrosion, possibly suggesting a rectangular iron shank inside the iron shank. Sprouting from the base is a short band of material which further expands as its top into a circular tip, which also has a radial groove. The height of the fitting id 25.69mm, the diameter of the base is 15.71mm. The width of the fitting is 8.01mm and the object weighs 18.45g.
