A copper alloy and iron Roman furniture fitting dating to the period c. AD 43 - 410. The fitting is circular in plan and consists of a upper disc which shows evidence of iron corrosion. This narrows into the circular shaft. Just above the shaft are two circular knops, which sit side by side. The object then widens again into another disc which is its base. This is wider than the upper disc and is concaved inside. The height of this object is 11.27mm, the diameter of the larger disc is 11.41m, and the smaller is 8.33mm. The weight is 3.89g. A complete copper alloy post-medieval decade rosary finger ring, dating to the period AD 1500-1700. The ring consists of an annular band and an oval shape bezel. The band is circular in shape and is divided into 10 knops by cast grooves around the anterior circumference. The interior circumference is flat and undecorated. The bezel is 7.60mm wide and 12.99mm long, and has four grooves imbedded onto it. An incomplete copper alloy, post medieval dress fastener dating to the period AD 1500- AD 1650. The tag is constructed in one piece, with a sub rectangular shaped loop located at the top and an incomplete hook located at the bottom of the dress fastener. The plate is a trefoil with pellets and is decorated with a central rose design. The two upper projections of the trefoil are decorated with fine transverse lines, the lowest is worn and no decoration is discernable. A copper-alloy medieval circular half noble coin weight, dating between the 15th and 16 centuries. The obverse portrays an image of a ship, and the reverse surface appears to have 4 scratch marks upon it. Similar examples to this coin weight can be seen in Withers (1995) "Lions, Ships and Angels" , bottom of page 18. It could be possible that this object could be a noble with a ship with lis and Lion, (top of page 19) however, the coin weight is damaged rather significantly.
