The 'Venus pennies' were a popular series of jettons, or reckoning counters, that were made for the merchants of Antwerp during a period when this city was the flourishing principal commerical centre of the land, and were circulated amongst the merchant classes during the first half of the sixteenth century.

The plate is trifoliate in design with a circular and lozenge shape apertures, and a projecting bifurcate collar at the juncture of the plate. The plate consists of decorative open work shapes, two circles at the top, and an irregular lozenge shape beneath. A complete lead token, dating to the post medieval period AD 1500-1800. The token is lozenge in shape. It is rather flat with straight corners and edges (with exception of two damaged corners). A complete copper alloy post-medieval decade rosary finger ring, dating to the period AD 1500-1700. The ring consists of an annular band and an oval shape bezel. The band is circular in shape and is divided into 10 knops by cast grooves around the anterior circumference. The interior circumference is flat and undecorated. An incomplete single loop copper-alloy buckle dating to AD 1250-1400. Only the incomplete loop survives. The outer edge of the buckle expands towards the pin rest and terimates with two projecting circular knops flanking the recess to hold the pin. The loop is decorated with triangular punches. The punches are a series of straight and transverse lines. Two triangle shapes on the center of the plate are created with this design. The height of the bucke is 27.83mm and the width is 1.67mm.The buckle weighs 1.67g.

A medieval copper alloy harness pendant with an offset suspension loop. The pendant is a Type 5 with open work, with a cross which has bifurcated ends. The pendant has a complete and offset suspension loop. The open work of the cross is not adjacent to the suspension loop. The pendant appears to be plain and not gilded or tinned. Nick Griffiths (1986) comments that poorer quality manufacturing of pendants (including heraldic types) suggests that they were not made for dispay on horses for the nobility. A complete cast made medieval copper alloy once piece bar mount dating to c AD 1350-1400. The mount has a central circular section with a circular perforation. From each side of this section are short flat rectangular sections which extend at opposite sides. These terminate with circular lobes, each with a rivet hole.
