A copper alloy and iron Roman furniture fitting dating to the period c. AD 43 - 410. The fitting is circular in plan and consists of a upper disc which shows evidence of iron corrosion. This narrows into the circular shaft. Just above the shaft are two circular knops, which sit side by side. The object then widens again into another disc which is its base. This is wider than the upper disc and is concaved inside. The height of this object is 11.27mm, the diameter of the larger disc is 11.41m, and the smaller is 8.33mm. The weight is 3.89g. An incomplete copper alloy purse bar, dated to the medieval period of 1475 AD to 1600 AD. The bar fragment is V shaped in cross section and is curved. The edges are smooth, and both ends are broken. A complete copper alloy piece post medieval hook, dating to the period AD 1600-1700. The plate is trifoliate in design with a circular and lozenge shape apertures, and a projecting bifurcate collar at the juncture of the plate. The plate consists of decorative open work shapes, two circles at the top, and an irregular lozenge shape beneath. An incomplete copper alloy medieval single loop buckle dating to the period ADc.1350-1450. As well as being D in shape, the loop of the buckle is D shape in cross section, with bevelled edges and a knop on the far edge. The pin is complete.
