An incomplete copper alloy Roman Polden Hill type brooch, dating to the period AD 75- 175. The head of the brooch is cylindrical in shape with complete end caps, and they both have a circumferential groove. On the undersides of the wings, the coils of the spring are exposed. The coil has been wrapped around eleven times, and then the two outer strands of copper alloy have been pulled upwards to the top of the brooches head. The object is composed of two shapes, a rectangle (with its top edge missing) and an open work circle (this would have been the suspension loop). The clasp is one piece and is cast made. The plate is missing. The base edge of the rectangular section has a intentional raised bent edge, decorated with three fine grooves. An incomplete copper-alloy openwork brooch of uncertain date. The brooch is broadly hexagonal in shape and is rectangular in cross section. In the centre of the plate is an openwork design of a circular perforation. The reverse is flat and the remnants of both the single lug and catchplate survive. The pin is missing. Overall, the plate is 26.30mm in length, the width is 17.96mm and the thickness is 9.31mm. the brooch weighs 9.31g.

A complete copper alloy medieval hook, dating to the period AD c.1200- 1400. At the top is a large conical stop from the base of which protrudes a long D-sectioned integral hook which curves forward at the tip. The stop is thicker than the hook and has a sub-circular cross-section. It is shallowly faceted, and tapers to a zoomorphic terminal.
