A mostly complete medieval copper alloy annular brooch, dating to the period AD 1200-1400. This brooch measures 19.33mm in diameter, with a thickness of 3.79mm. It weighs 2.40g. The decoration around the brooch has eight grooved incisions and seven incised circles, in a pattern of grooved incisions and incised circles.The incised grooves cut through from the outside of the brooch to the inside, whereas the incised circles appear sometimes to be directly opposite each other on the inside and outside of the brooch, though other times they are not directly opposite one another.
