An incomplete medieval copper-alloy composite buckle with spacer plate, dating to the period AD 1200-1400. The buckle is in two pieces, and is incomplete as it is missing one arm of the integral forked spacer, as well as c. one quarter of the buckle frame. The pin is also missing. The buckle has an oval lipped frame, with the outside edge forming a triangular point at the centre and a notch for the pin. An unidentified and incomplete copper-alloy cylindrical object, of posible Roman date (AD 43-410). It has one open end and one closed end. Old damage has caused a large, irregularly shaped (but broadly rectangular) tear extending from just below the closed end to the opend end, in a diagonal line. To the opposite side of the cylinder a rectangular loop projects, just below the closed end, for 15.14mm. It is 1.53mm thick and particularly worn along its upper, long, edge. The pendant itself is 1.19mm thick, and has retained most of its gilding on the front face. A complete half of a cast copper alloy two-piece medieval swivel fitting, dating to c. 1100-1500. It measures 19.65mm in height and 21.57mm in max. width. This half of the swivel fitting is the 'female' half and has a D-shaped frame. The frame is 2.4mm thick. From the straight edge a circular plate (11.5mm in diameter x 2.4mm thick) extends at 90 degrees to the frame. This has a central circular perforation, with a diameter of 5mm.
