A complete copper-alloy lid from a Roman seal box of Andrews (2012) P3D3. The lid is 44.12mm in length, 20.84 wide, 8.37mm thick and weighs 5.39 grams.
The seal box is an elongated leaf-shaped (Crummy type 4). There is a worn circular pierced loop at the hinged end, and the opposing end has a small rounded knob. The design is comprised of a raised outline of a leaf (heart-shape) enclosing a central sprue.
