An incomplete gilded copper-alloy Roman finger ring with a green glass intaglio setting, dating to the period AD 43-410. It has very thick gilding and under and between this the patina of the ring is quite rough, and dark blue-green in colour. The finger-ring is incomplete insofar as the back of the hoop has broken, possibly relatively recently as the break has not completely re-patinated. It measures 23.07mm in length and 22.46mm in width. The pin curls around the bar and then extends 22.46mm in length and measures 3.39mm in width, before tapering to a point. In total, the buckle weighs 3.02g. The patina is quite rough, and a light green in colour.

A fragment of Middle to Late Bronze Age (c.1500-900 BC) copper-alloy spear. This fragment would have been the very tip of the spearhead, measuring 28.27mm in length and 15.39mm at maximum width. The fragment is lozenge-shaped in cross section and triangular in shape, tapering to a point. The midrib is prominent and tapers on either side to the edges, which are chamfered; the area of chamfering widens considerably towards the tip. The patina for this fragment is very smooth, and dark green in colour. In total, it weighs 7.13g.

The tamper consists of what possibly is a scroll, clutched in a closed, most likely right hand, fist. The scroll measures 7.35mm in diameter, but tapers inwards before the clenched fist to 3.89mm in diameter. The fist and the curves of each knuckle are denoted by incised grooves, with the thumb a darker brown ridge on the right hand side of the fist. An abraded body sherd of early post-medieval (1500-1700) colour-coated earthenware, an oxidised and sandy fabric with a bright-red colour-coating. The outside of the sherd has raised, smooth bumps, some of which appear to be curlicues while the others are sub-circular in shape. The sherd is triangular in shape, measuring 32.25mm in length and 34.61mm at maximum width, 5.38mm in thickness and weighing 4.69g.

A base and partial body sherd of Surrey Whiteware, dating to 1250-1450. The fabric is mostly smooth, with small stone (quartz and possibly flint) inclusions. The glaze is a speckled mid-dark green in colour and covers the outside surface of the base and walls although there is no evidence of glazing on the inside of the sherd. The base measures 52.68mm in diameter. The width of the sherd is 87.97mm, and has a height of 30.63mm. In total, the sherd weighs 68.53g.

A probably late medieval, 14th century gold finger-ring, a plain hoop, rectangular in cross-section, decorated to the outside surface with four grooved Tau crosses (T-shaped, and so-called because of the Greek letter to which it pertains). The Tau crosses are roughly equidistant, though one is a little out. Three of the Tau crosses are the same way up; the fourth is rotated through 180 degrees. The finger-ring measures 17.22mm in diameter and 1.44mm thick. It weighs 2.48g.
