A complete medieval single loop buckle frame and plate, dating to the period 1250-1450. It is a D-shaped frame with offset, narrowed bar, from which the pin and folded sheet plate are attached. The buckle and plate measure together 41.34mm in length and 21.13mm in width.
The buckle, without the pin and plate, measures 18.04mm in length and 21.13mm wide. The decoration on the outside edge is five ridges and recesses in between. A squashed and possibly incomplete early medieval gold disc pendant. The pendant appears to have been squashed both outwards and inwards, with a section possibly missing, or bent below, in the 1 o'clock position (as photographed).
The pendant comprises a circular gold sheet to which has been soldered filigree ornament on one face and a separate suspension loop. The suspension loop is a rectangular gold strip, 3.3mm wide max, bent into a U-shape to form a loop at the top of the pendant. A fragment of a Roman greyware mortaria, dating to the period AD 43- 410. It is broadly rectangular in shape, measuring 37.27mm in length and 35.15mm in width. The fabric is greyware and sandy, and orange in colour on either side as it has been oxidised. However, this oxidisation is not fully completed as the original grey colour can still be seen at the centre of the cross-section. The fragment has small to medium inclusions of quartzite, on what would have been the interior of the mortaria only. It measures 7.55mm in thickness and weighs 14.28g.

An incomplete copper-alloy Late Iron Age to early Roman brooch of the Langton Down (Nertomarus) type, dating to the period AD 25-60. It is incomplete so far as the lower half of the bow, catchplate and pin are missing. It has also been squashed. It measures 33.03mm in length and 25.74mm in width. The wings are semi-cylindrical in form and would have had held in place a separately cast copper-alloy spring with six coils. An incomplete Roman Hod Hill brooch, dating to the period AD 43-70. It is incomplete insofar as it is missing its pin and mechanism. The bow is triangular in shape, measuring 56.05mm in length and 21.98mm at maximum width. What remains of the head is starting to curve round, but the pin and accompanying mechanism have since broken. The head measures 6.69mm in length, and tapers outwards to the side lugs, which are the widest part of the brooch. An incomplete Roman plate brooch, dating to the period AD 150-250. It is incomplete insofar as it is missing its pin. It is broadly circular in shape with considerable edge damage. The mechanism for the pin jutts out from one side, measuring 4.69mm in length and 4.89mm in width. The total length of the brooch is 22.57mm and is 20.09mm wide. It is broadly circular in shape, measuring 25.38mm in length and 30.02mm in width. From the catchplate, the brooch measures 6.33mm thick. A fragment of Roman ceramic New Forest ware indented beaker consisting of the base and part of the walls and dating to the period AD 240-400. The fragment measures 42.86mm in length and 56.22mm in approximate diameter. The remaining walls measure 4.96mm thick, and remain attached to the base. An incomplete gilded silver mount, now in two pieces. It is broadly rectangular in shape and hollow to the reverse, filled with a white concretion that is hard and apparently brittle, with traces of a red colour throughout. The back-plate is missing.

A complete copper-alloy, gilded post-medieval livery button, dating to the period 1880-1904. The front left-hand side of the button is a moulded lion or griffin's head and neck, open-jawed, facing left and resting on a horizontally-placed book. Rising above the head from the book is an arc of small annulets joined with short rectangular sections. To the right-hand side is a pair of crossed oars. There is the remains of a casting sprue and the imprint of a tool, probably pliers, where the sprue was cut. The shot has a smooth patina, and is blueish-grey in colour. A complete copper-alloy Roman Wroxeter type brooch, dating to the period AD 75-200. The brooch measures 65.16mm in length and at maximum width is 15.36mm.
Starting from the headloop, which is complete and 5.15mm in diameter, there are two ridges which curve down from the headloop and curl upwards towards the headloop. They are 13.23mm wide. An incomplete post-medieval lead cloth seal, dating to the period 1500-1700. It is incomplete insofar as it is one of two discs from a two disc cloth seal. It depicts a crowned rose with an eight-pointed star to the left and a sun to the right. The cloth seal is circular in shape, measuring 25.62mm in diameter and is 3.56mm at its thickest. What remains is a singular disc, possibly disc 2, and what might be the circular rivet wedged securely, 11.42mm in diameter.

A complete half of a cast copper-alloy two-piece medieval swivel fitting, dating to the period c.1100-1500. This half of the swivel fitting is the 'female' half of the swivel fitting, and has a D-shaped frame. The frame measures 27.76mm in height and is 23.28mm in width. The frame of the loop measures 1.72mm in thickness, widening to zoomorphic terminals measuring 4.55mm thick. An incomplete cast lead pot mend of uncertain date, probably Roman to medieval (AD 43 -1500). A pot repair was used to mend a broken vessel in order to lengthen the period of use after damage had occurred. At maximum, the pot repair measures 35.08mm in length, 27.87mm in width, and measures 10.42mm thick. The pot repair is comprised of two plates of lead (one plate measuring 30.64mm in length and 25.32mm in width whilst the other measures 23.71mm in length and 27.19mm in width).
