2018 T111; Undergoing Valuation Description: A Late Bronze Age gold penannular ring, dating to the period 1150-750 BC. It measures 16.02mm in diameter at its widest point and 14.67mm at its most narrow, making it slightly oval. It is 4.59mm thick and weighs 4.72g. It narrows towards the terminals to 3.95mm. The gap between the terminals measures 1.9mm. A fragment of a silver gilt post-medieval finger-ring, dating to the period AD 1500-1650. The fragment is rectangular in shape, with three bands running horizontally. The central band is plain, but with three incised letters- "ART", with what might be an "H" before and faint traces after the final letter which may be another letter or start of a new word. On either side of this plain band are two bands of raised singular dots, approximately 17 in each row. It is oblong in shape, measuring 80.18mm in length and 24.39mm at maximum width, though it tapers to a point at either end. The thickness is 15.44mm. Description: An incomplete silver post-medieval dress fastener, probably a cap (or hat) hook, dating to the period AD 1500-1600. This plate resembles a flower, with incisions resembling the folds of the petals and the centre bud of the flower. A complete post-medieval silver gilded finger-ring, dating to the period AD 1500-1550. It measures 23.21mm in diameter, 7.12mm in thickness and weighs 6.66g. The decoration is framed by two ridged rims, one either side, which run the entirety of the finger-ring. In between are triangular sections of raised dots, approximately 21 in each section. An incomplete lead and iron bi-conical Roman steelyard weight, dating to the period AD 43-410. At the apex there are traces of an iron ringed attachment, but now only the corrosion and base of the ringed attachment remains. The base has a similar appearance, but with less corrosion. The steelyard weight measures 29.04mm in length, expands to 27.51mm which is the maximum width, before tapering inwards to the base at 6.91mm wide. In total, the steelyard weight weighs 87.97g. The surface is pitted, and a light grey in colour, except for the dark iron corrosion.

An incomplete lead and iron globular Roman steelyard weight, dating to the period AD 43-410. It is mostly complete, with the iron ring attachment at the top in situ , approximately 9.92mm in length and 8.68mm in width. In total, the steelyard weight measures 52.58mm in length and 32.29mm at the widest point, tapering down to a base measuring 19.52mm in width. This base is lipped, and has been slightly hollowed out, possibly from which an iron attachment once was. The surface of the steelyard weight is pitted, and the colour is mostly dark grey. In total it weighs 279.92g.

A fragment of Middle to Late Bronze Age (c.1500-900 BC) copper-alloy spear. This fragment would have been the very tip of the spearhead, measuring 28.27mm in length and 15.39mm at maximum width. The fragment is lozenge-shaped in cross section and triangular in shape, tapering to a point. The midrib is prominent and tapers on either side to the edges, which are chamfered; the area of chamfering widens considerably towards the tip. The patina for this fragment is very smooth, and dark green in colour. In total, it weighs 7.13g.
