An incomplete copper-alloy post-medieval (1500-1700) double-oval buckle frame, missing much of one loop and broken close to the narrowed central bar. It measures 23.07mm in length and 22.46mm in width. The pin curls around the bar and then extends 22.46mm in length and measures 3.39mm in width, before tapering to a point. In total, the buckle weighs 3.02g. The patina is quite rough, and a light green in colour.

A complete medieval single loop buckle frame and plate, dating to the period 1250-1450. It is a D-shaped frame with offset, narrowed bar, from which the pin and folded sheet plate are attached. The buckle and plate measure together 41.34mm in length and 21.13mm in width. The buckle, without the pin and plate, measures 18.04mm in length and 21.13mm wide. The decoration on the outside edge is five ridges and recesses in between. An incomplete medieval buckle plate, dating to the period 1150-1400. It measures 25.59mm in length, 17.16mm in width and weighs 3.31g. The two arms on the left extend from the plate, and measure 3.02mm in height. These have broken after the curve. An incomplete copper-alloy post-medieval oval buckle frame, dating to the period 1550-1650. The buckle is incomplete insofar as the attachments and pin are missing. This buckle has zoomorphic projections, although much of the decoration has since faded. An incomplete medieval copper-alloy buckle with integral plate, dating to the period 1200-1400. From the end opposite to the frame the remains of two hooks extend. The buckle measures 39.46mm in length and 15.29mm at its widest. The thickness of the buckle is 2.17mm, and in total it weighs 3.39g. The buckle is complete except for missing its pin and at least one of the hooks. The presence of iron oxide in a piercing in the plate just behind the frame indicates that the pin was made of iron. The buckle is in two pieces, and is incomplete as it is missing one arm of the integral forked spacer, as well as c. one quarter of the buckle frame. The pin is also missing. An incomplete medieval single loop buckle, dating to the period c. 1250-1450. It is missing its pin. This buckle has an oval frame, measuring 22.12mm in length and 14.04mm in width. The outside edge is 4.02mm thick and is decorated with eight transverse grooves. The bar is thinner, measuring 2.09mm in thickness. Two moulded knops project from either end of this bar, with one transverse incision on the inside of each knop. An incomplete copper-alloy possible buckle, missing its pin. It is probably Early-Medieval to medieval in date (c. AD 410-1500). The buckle is D-shaped, measuring 14.87mm in length and 8.08mm in total width. A patch of light discolouration halfway down the bar and the outside edge may have been the site of the now missing pin and its rest. The patina is dark green, and there appears to be no decoration on the entire buckle. The buckle weighs 0.43g.

A medieval/ post-medieval rectangular double-looped buckle frame complete with sheet pin, dating to the period 1200-1700. The frame has been bevelled on the outside, measuring 29.29mm in length and 19.75mm in width. Both loops are angled upwards. The frame is 3.07mm in thickness. The pin is D-shaped in cross-section, pointed at the tip and curling around the bar at the other end. The pin measures 19.11mm in length and 3.39mm in width. In total, the buckle weighs 3.68g. There is a buckle similar to this in Whitehead (1996), p75, no.464. The buckle has a dark green patina.

The mount is rectangular in shape and has old damage to one corner, where it is missing its rivet and the area of the mount around it. The object measures 32.13mm in length, 25.70mm in width and 2.65mm thick. It weighs 9.41g. The undecorated buckle has a plain circular frame and an oval section, with no constriction present for the pin to rest in.The pin itself has been cast with an open loop in order to more easily attach it to the frame and shows a transverse ridge just under the loop.
