An incomplete cast copper-alloy harness pendant terminal, of Nicolay type B3, pseudo-phallic, dating AD 140-250. Description: the object is cruciform in shape and D-shape in cross-section.  The crossbar is formed of a slightly offset lobe on either side of the long bar. The long bar terminates in a planoconvex knop at the end furthest from the crossbar; the opposite end has an old worn transverse break. The reverse is relatively glat and undecorated. A complete copper alloy post medieval small or court sword pommel dagger, dating from the late 17th to early 18th century AD. The pommel is round, with the top narrowing slightly before ending in a rounded knop. In the centre on this is a circular hole for attachment. An incomplete Roman cast copper-alloy decorated horse harness fitting dating c. AD 120-300.  The body of the fitting is sub-rectangular and sub-hemispherical in cross section, and solid throughout. The tip of the arrowhead has a diamond shaped cross section. There is a slight waist where the tip meets the socket, however, the maximum width of the tip does not exceed that of the socket. Fragments of a possible iron pike ferrule and an iron burgonet helmet dating from c. 1580-1620 AD. Burgonet helmets were made in one or two pieces with an integral peak at the front and a short neckguard at the rear. The remaining fragment probably came from either of those places on the helmet, as it is curved (slightly oval) with a lip at the lower end. The iron is very worn and corrded with the surface flaky/flaking off in layers of corrosive products. Stamp is made from border ware fabric, pale cream, oxidised fabric, with a clear, yellow- transparent glaze covering the matrix of the stamp. Fragment of Roman ceramic colour coated ware vessel with barbotine decoration, AD.100-350. This is a fragment of a Roman hunt cup, with barbotine decoration resembling the head of an animal, perhaps a hare or deer. The head includes a single large circular eye and the start of the animals ears as well as a linear mouth. The fabric of the vessel is white with a black slip covering both interior and exterior surfaces, possibly Nene Valley Colour Coated Ware or a continental equivalent.
