An incomplete copper alloy probable candle holder of the Late Medieval to Post Medieval period, dating from c. AD 1400 - c. AD 1600. The object is broadly cylindrical. The object consists of the stem and part of the candle socket. The stem is plain and undecorated and appears slightly sloped at the bottom edge. The stem is cylindrical and hollow. At the top of the stem is a protruding ridge that is flat then tapers out diagonally to form the the socket.
