The central hole is broadly circular in shape and has been cast slightly off centre. The internal diameter of the hole measures roughly 6.5 mm wide, (the base of the hole appears wider, and 11.8 mm). There is a circular perforation cast slightly off centre, with an interior diameter of 9.7 mm. The whorl is decorated on one side with dual raised pellets evenly spaced around the circumference of the object.
