1. A large, sub-rectangular tertiary flake of beige-brown flint mottled with areas of sandy, cortex-like inclusions. An incomplete Medieval or Post Medieval lead cloth seal, probably dating to c. AD 1400-1714. Disc 1 of a 2- or 4-part seal. The surviving fragment comprises of a flat disc of lead with an integral rivet projecting from the reverse. The front of the disc is stamped with a crowned F flanked by fleur-de-lis, all in low relief.

A Post-Medieval lead alloy button, probably dating to c. AD 1600-1800. The button is discoidal, and plano-convex in cross section. An integral, undrilled shank projecting from the reverse, now flattened against the reverse of the button. The face of the button is decorated in low relief with an unclear cruciform or foliate motif.

Sevon incomplete flakes prehistoric flint debitage. The flakes represent a number of flint sources, and are a mix of tertiary and secondary flakes, although where it survives the area still covered by cortex is invariably small. The proximal end survives on three flakes, these all have relatively diffuse bulbs of percussion, only one exhibiting a bulbar scar and with one exhibtiign a slight 'lip' at the platform, suggesting the use of a soft hammer. Four Late Neolithic to Early Bronze Age flint scrapers, probably dating to c. 3,300-1,600BC.
1. A thumbnail scraper worked from a reused primary or secondary flake of grey-brown flint; cortex covers those areas of the dorsal face which do not exhibit retouch, c. 60%. A Roman copper alloy Colchester derivative initial T-shaped brooch, probably dating to c. AD 50-100. The brooch survives largely complete, missing only its pin and with the catchplate incomplete due to abrasion.
At the head of the brooch the wings survive to a width of 24.6mm, these are cylindrical; retaining a copper alloy axis bar in situ, and with a sub-rectangular slot cut into the reverse to accomodate a hinged pin. An Early Bronze Age flint 'thumbnail' scraper, probably dating to c. 2400-1600 BC. Worked from a sub-oval promary flake of translucent brown flint now heavily patinated a milky white, with white cortex covering the entirety of the dorsal face, except for those areas exhibting retouch. A relatively diffuse bulb of percussion is present at the proximal end of the ventral face, with no bulbar scar. The perimeter of the dorsal face exhibits short, semi-abrupt scalar retouch, except for at the proximal end.

A Medieval copper alloy buckle with integral forked spacer, probably dating to c. AD 1300-1450. The buckle frame has a single oval loop, with a D-shaped cross section. The outer edge of the loop is expanded into a small point, with two prongs expanding from the opposite edge. Both appear to be incomplete. The bar narrows between the two prongs, where a partial wire pin surives in situ.

An incomplete Roman copper alloy Colchester polden hill brooch, probably dating to c. AD 80-120. The brooxch is missing its right wing, pin mechanism and the terminal of its foot.
The head of the brooch survives to a width of 18.9mm, but with the right wing lost to an old break. The wings are semi-cylindrical, with an open reverse and with the surviving wing terminating in an incomplete perforated wing cap.
