An incomplete zoomorphic strap end dating to the medieval period. The strap end is sub-rectangular in shape and comprises of a single sheet folded widthways, held together with a rivet at the attachment end. The upper side of the sheet is decorated with an incised cross hatch design. Extending from the attachment end of the strap end is a semi-circular fan-shaped 'tail', where each of the five 'feathers' radiate from the central rivet. At the opposite end, there is an integral, circular-sectioned protusion which extends upwards at a 90 degrees angle and terminates in a worn break. …

A complete copper-alloy seal matrix dating to the medieval period (AD 1300 - AD 1400). The die of the matrix is circular with a hexagonal sectioned handle extending from the reverse. The handle tapers into a triple banded collar from which a tri-lobed terminal projects. The die itself depicts a rampant lion facing left, surrounded by a beaded border and legend. The legend reads 'ROGERUS', refering to the owner of the seal. Each letter is separated with a symbol resembling a star or flower, and the legend is also surrounded by a beaded border. An incomplete copper alloy headstud brooch dating to the Roman period (AD 75 - AD 200). The head of the brooch comprises of wide tubular wings which hold the axis bar where the pin would have attached. Part of the pin has survived but was discovered unattached from the main brooch. An incomplete copper alloy purse bar dating to the medieval period (AD 1450 - AD 1500). Only a fragment of one arm of the bar survives. The arm is oval in section and decorated with a widely spaced incised cross-hatched design. On the underside of the arm is a flat attachment plate with one complete, circular perforation and the remains of a broken second. Both ends of the arm terminate in worn breaks. A complete copper alloy cosmetic mortar dating to the Late Iron Age to Early Roman period (100 BC to AD 200). The mortar is an elliptical bow with a central grooved channel, low convex walls, and a U-shaped cross section. The mortar gradually tapers into a round blunted point at one end and into a circular end-loop at the other. The end-loop continues to curl round to protrude from the base of the mortar.
