An incomplete tin plated, iron spur dating to the post medieval period. The spur consists of a curved band, expanded at its centre, from which an oval sectioned projection extends at a right angle.
The iron is corroded and the tin plating worn and silver in colour. The spur is 62.5 mm long, 44.3 mm wide and 13.4 mm thick. It weighs 20.9 g.

An incomplete buckle dating to the post medieval period.
Only the buckle plate has survived. The plate is a folded sheet, square in shape at the fold end with a triangular terminal. There are three rivets, one in each corner of the triangular section of the plate. There is a hole filled with corroded material in the centre of the folded end, suggesting it once held an iron pin.
The metal is light green and very worn, with corrosion. The buckle plate is 53.5 mm long, 29.9 mm wide and 5.2 mm thick. It weighs 13.2 g.

An incomplete copper alloy hooked fitting, possibly from a sword-belt, dating to the post medieval period.
The object consists of a rectangular plate with a circular upper terminal and backward-facing hook with a flattened terminal. There is ridge at the junction between the plate and hook. There is also slight traces of gilding on the front face. The reverse has two circular-sectioned rivets, one positioned above the other. There is the remains of corroded metal around the lower rivet.
The metal is mid green and worn. The fitting is 49.0 mm long, 8.5 mm wide, and 3.8 mm thick. …

An incomplete cast copper alloy candle holder dating to the post medieval period.
Only the upper socket has survived, which would have originally held the candle. The socket is a hollow cylinder, expanding slightly towards the upper end into a thick rim. There are two square holes in the sides situated opposite each other. Below the holes, there is thick circumferencial moulding followed by a thinner collar. The lower end terminates in a worn break, where a shaft would have extended.

A complete copper alloy ring of probable Post-Medieval date. The ring is D-shaped in cross section. On one part of the ring and on both outer edges, there is a thin, rectangular recess around 23mm long.
The metal is uneven and mid green in colour, with orange patches on both the outer and inner surface. The ring is 55.5 mm in diameter, 25.8 mm wide, and 7.0 mm thick. It weighs 164 g.

An incomplete cast copper alloy candlestick holder dating to the post medieval period.
The cup is circular, with a broken and worn top edge and an off-centre boss inside. The cup tapers to the stem, which is circular in section and has an angled collar for fixture to the tray. The stem terminates in a worn break.
The metal is uneven and dark green in colour. The candle holder is 54.2 mm long, 27.3 mm wide and 11.3 mm thick. It weighs 63 g.

A complete copper alloy finger ring dating to post medieval period. The finger ring is a flat band, with a swirling ring and dot design on the outer face. The object is now flattenened by two opposite sides being bent inwards. The inner surface is undecorated.
The metal is very worn and mid green in colour. The finger ring is 29.4 mm long, 4.3 mm wide, and 1.0 mm thick. It weighs 1.3 g.

An incomplete unidentified object probably dating to the post medieval period. The object is in the form of a long, thin cylinder which tapers at each end before the terminal. There is a scoop at one terminal, and a thin, circular-sectioned rod extending from the other. This second terminal is now broken. A thin, rectangular groove with circular ends has been stamped into one side. This could be a maker's mark.
The metal is worn and mid green in colour. The object is 109.5 mm long, 0.6 mm wide, and 0.7 mm thick. It weighs 13.4 g.

An incomplete copper alloy pipe tamper dating to the post medieval period.
The tamper is cyclindrical, with a flared, flat base and two broken attachments at the other end. The base is inscribed with the initials 'W R' with trifoliate deocoration above and below the letters. The shaft is decorated with three raised moulded collars.
The metal is worn and dark green in colour. The object is 17.4 mm long, 8.6 mm wide, and 8.0 mm thick. It weighs 5.0 g.
Pipe tampers were used to flatten down tobacco in a pipe in order to ensure that it burnt evenly and drew properly.

The strap fitting is flat and rectangular with two circular attachment loops at each end. The upper surface is decorated with a series of incised lines, including a semi-circle in the centre and two lines either side. The reverse is undecorated.
