A near complete cast copper alloy Roman Trumpet brooch of Group A, dating from AD 75 - 150. The bow of the brooch has an angular profile and an angular D shaped cross section. The bow tapers from a flared head to a flared bulbous foot knop. The head of the brooch is nearly complete, it is oval in plan, and tapers into the bow. The reverse of the head is concave and has a cast D shaped projecting bar which extends from the upper to lower edges of the reverse. A complete copper alloy Roman phallic mount. The object is convex and 'T-shaped' in plan, the phallus itself being triangular in cross-section and its straight sides gradually converging towards the raised, moulded tip. At the other end, the testicles project at a right angle from either side of the phallus with an oblique grooves separating the rounded testicles from the base of the phallus. The reverse is concave, with a single square-sectioned pin at the centre. There remains much of the white metal coating on the front of the object.

Cast copper alloy ring of unknown date probably of later prehistoric Late Bronze Age or Iron Age date (1000 BC – 50 AD), however there is some possibility that it may date from the Roman period (50 – 410 AD). The ring is complete and is sub circular in plan and sub circular in cross section. It measures 39.91mm in diameter, is 8.33mm wide, and is 7.98mm thick. The internal hole has a diameter of 25.08mm. An incomplete Early Medieval cast copper alloy ball-headed pin head, 8th-9th century. Solid sub-spherical head decorated with five spherical bosses. one at the top and four equally-spaced around the middle. The majority of the pin is missing,with just a short stump of 2.56mm remaining

An incomplete copper alloy drop handle from a vessel dating to the medieval to post medieval period (c. AD 1270 -1600).
The incomplete handle consists of a zoomorphic terminal end that is roughly in the form of a canine's head. It is sub-cylindrical in shape and has a defined snout with open jaws and abstract mouldings for the eyes and ears. Through the length of the terminal is a circular perforation that from the front is positioned between the open jaws of the canine's head. It has a mid green patina.

A near complete Early Bronze Age barbed and tanged flint arrowhead (2500-1500 BC) This arrowhead has been knapped from a pale brown / grey coloured piece of flint. It is broadly sub-triangular in plan and lentoid in cross section. It is broadly symmetrical in shape with one barb and the tang being complete. The other barb is broken close to the body of the arrowhead by a clean break or snap. Both the long sides of the arrowhead have been retouched to create sharp edges.

A cast lead alloy shot/ball of medieval date, probably for use in a hand cannon or mounted gun from the 15th century (possibly linked the war of the roses,and the battle of Mortimers Cross some 2.5 miles away). The surface is abraded, probably from movement in the soil by farm machinery and as such it is unknown as to whether it has been fired or not. A fragment of a copper alloy terret ring dating from the late Iron age to early Roman periods, c. 50 BC -150 AD. The fragment consists of a projecting sub oval collar from which at one end protrudes part of the narrow rectangular strap-bar and at the other end a remnant of the main circular loop. Both of the broken ends are abraded and like the main body of the object have a mid green patina which would suggest the the break was made in antiquity. Terret rings were used as rein guides on chariots or carts used during the late Iron Age to Early Roman period.

The weight is broadly oval (sub-rectangular with tapering sides terminating in blunt points) in plan and cross section. An incomplete copper alloy Colchester derivative, Polden Hill style brooch of Roman dating AD 75-175. The bow is angular and hump back, resembling a comma, with a moulded plate rising from the wings on each side, to mark the sides of the head and bow.
