A small fragment of copper alloy two strand twisted cable that possibly comprised part of a Roman bracelet.  The cable comprises two oval strands of copper alloy twisted together.  The thickness of the cable narrows gradually towards one end.  The patina is light green with darker green patches over a dark reddish brown core.  The design is similar to those in Crummy p38 (two strand cables).  However the reddish brown colour of the internal core indicates that this fragment may not be Roman but significantly later.
