A Roman copper alloy Idiosyncratic nail-cleaner, dating to c AD 43-150. The nail cleaner appears to have been made from the bow of possibly a Nauheim derivative brooch. The nail cleaner is roughly leaf shaped. It comprises a plate of copper alloy which is roughly triangular with a smaller triangle above. At the top has a small projection which is angled to one side. A Roman copper alloy zoomorphic brooch in the shape of a fish dating to c AD 100-200 (Type 5.a2). The brooch is incomplete and is missing part of the catchplate. It is also bent just above the pin attachment at the start of the tail. The tail end of the fish starts with a slight curve and small cuts creating a serration. The tail then narrows before expanding again to form the body and head of the fish. A copper alloy buckle plate dating to the period c AD 1250-1400. The buckle plate is incomplete as the loops to contain the buckle are missing. The buckle plate is rectangular in shape with the incomplete buckle bar loops indented at one short end and two rivet holes with the remnants of iron nails at the other end. The plate is decorated with raised relief and the design appears to be of a mythological beast or bird. The back of the plate is undecorated. The patina is a mid green with the raised relief a reddish brown. There is evidence of iron corrosion close to the rivet holes.

A copper alloy Roman trumpet derivate brooch dating to the period AD 50-175. The brooch is missing the curl of the catchplate and the top of the head loop and the pin is bent. A copper alloy zoomorphic terminal from a drop handle, of medieval date (c AD 1250-1500). The object is cylindrical, oval in cross-section, and in the shape of an animal head, perhaps a barking dog. There is a groove on either side of the neck, and a slight ridge around the neck which frames the head. The mask comprises almond-shaped eyes on either side of a snout which appears to terminate in two small holes. An incomplete Roman copper-alloy gilded oval plate brooch (AD 100-300 possibly 400) of Hattatt's 'Centre-boss' type, with a brown and cream glass stone set in the centre. Missing the pin.
