A Roman ceramic rim sherd of Oxfordshire red/brown colour coated ware, probably dating to c. AD 200-410. A fine grained micaeous fabric with pale orange oxideised surfaces and grey reduced core, containing occassional grog and ferrous inclusions. Traces of a brown slip survive both above and below the rim. The vessel had an everted rim with slightly beaded lip. Weight: 26.43g.

An incomplete copper alloy pin of early medieval date. Only the pinhead and a short section of the upper shaft remain intact. The pinhead is polyhedral, with ring and dot decoration in three levels. At the top is a single ring and dot decoration, then a ring of five ring and dots, a ring of seven ring and dots and a ring of six ring and dots. At the the junction of the shaft and head, there is a decorative ring. The shaft is slightly bent and terminates in a break.

A copper alloy Roman T-shape, sawfish brooch dating to the period AD 43-200. The brooch is incomplete. The pin and catchplate are missing and the foot of the brooch appears to be missing.
The top of the brooch comprises a plain bar which wraps around at the back of the brooch to encase the hinge pin which is still in place. The bow of the brooch leads from the bar at the rop and gradually narrows towards the foot of the brooch. A medieval copper alloy bar mount dating to c AD 1350-1400. The mount comprises a central circular section pierced with a hole with short flat rectangular sections extending at opposite sides which terminate in a circular lobes each with a rivet hole. One of the rivets, which appears to be made of copper alloy, remains and extends through the back of the mount. The mount weighs 1.53g and measures 23.83mm in length. 8.49mm in width and 3.23mm in thickness. A Roman ceramic base sherd, the foot of a central gaulish (lezoux) samian ware bowl, probably dating to c. AD 120-200. A very fine grained pinkish-orange slightly micaeous fabric with frequent small white inclusions and glossy red-brown slip. No decoration survives on the sherd. The bowl had a flat base with a projecting, obliquely angled foot. Weight 29.14g.
