A copper alloy with glass stone mount or pendant/brooch probably medieval dating to c AD 1100-1400.  The mount is oval with a band of chevron decoration around a slightly off centre cabochon glass stone set in a bezel with a raised rim, which is slightly damaged.  Surrounding the bezel are radiating double incised lines surrounded by an incised oval line with the chevron decoration around it. The back is flat and undecorated with evidence of four small rivets (three of which remain and there is a small hole where the fourth was).  The mount is corrode…
